Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, we do not handle any wedding ceremonies or large all-employee corporate functions. We can however, assist with aspects of these type of events (i.e. wedding/bridal shower or departmental team outings).
Clients must be 25 years of age or older to enter into a contract with Event Choreography.
Our primary service area is Metro Detroit and surrounding cities within Michigan. However, out of state requests can be accommodated.
A 50% deposit is due at the contract signing.
50% of deposit paid during contract signing is refundable with the first 14 days. After which, full deposit is forfeited. Note: Cancellations after vendor engagement require adherence to individual vendor refund policies. Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by case basis.
Balances are due 30 days prior to the event date unless otherwise specified in the contract. Payment plans are available upon request.
Please refer to the refund policy for cancellations. Events can be rescheduled with agreement to contract extension within 6 months of notification of the need to reschedule. This will prevent forfeiture of deposit and any additional payments that were made to Event Choreography.
