When we began planning our 50th wedding anniversary trip to Hawaii, we soon realized that we needed assistance in navigating the different activities to make this trip memorable. Event Choreography worked with our group to make this happen. After discussing our expectations with K. Nichole and her team, dinner reservations and excursions for three Hawaiian Islands were scheduled prior to our arrival on the ship. During the trip, we experienced a mechanical failure causing one of our excursions to be canceled. K. Nichole was able to schedule a replacement excursion and ensured we were refunded for the excursion that was canceled. One activity we had not thought of was matching t-shirts. K. Nichole suggested, “celebrating 50 years of togetherness” t-shirts. K. Nichole also worked with a vendor in Hawaii to arrange round trip transportation from the hotel and ship. It was a pleasure working with Event Choreography. K. Nichole and her team were professional and always got back to us in a timely manner. We will be utilizing Event Choreography in the future(period).
